Raiders 2014: Season Prediction

OK so I got it wrong last year.

But 4-12 was actually OK with the staff & talent we had last year.

No more excuses. This year we got a QB twice as good as last year. So we gotta get twice the wins.

8-8 Wildcard, shock the world and knock off the Broncos in the first round. FUck’em.

Start the Carr and off we go Raider Nation!

The Raider Quarterback: Matt McGloin #14

Matt McGloin #14 is 28 of 50 (56%) for 366 yards and 3 touchdowns with no interceptions. He is the top rated quarterback in the first three games of this preseason by Pro Football Focus.

The Raider Quarterback 1991-2: Todd Marinovich #12

Todd Marinovich #12’s best game was against the Buffalo Bills on October 11, 1992, in which he completed 11 of 21 passes for 188 yards and two touchdowns in a 20-3 victory.

The Raider Quarterback: Derek Carr #4

“In two exhibition games, Carr has completed 19 of 32 passes for 183 yards and a touchdown with one interception.”

The Raiders’ Bay Area Stadium Ranks Last in NFL Attendance

“The Raiders’ Bay Area  stadium ranks last in NFL attendance and their team valuation ranks last in the NFL according to Forbes.”

“Los Angeles may be a Raiders town, but that works for Los Angeles only as long as the Raiders aren’t in town.
Folks still remember the Pittsburgh Steelers fan who was beaten into a coma by a Raiders fan in 1990.
Folks still remember the Hells Angels’ atmosphere at Coliseum tailgate parties for the Raiders.
The folks at a middle school in El Segundo still remember a Raiders team that trashed the facility during the 13 years it served as their headquarters before leaving without paying the rent.”

Bring On the Bills!

Raider Wide Receiver Andre Holmes #18

The 6-foot-4-inch, 210-pound Andre Homes #18  has been quarterback Matt Schaub’s most consistent downfield threat since the team began practicing, following up on a surprising 2013 campaign in which Holmes led the club in yards per catch after missing the first five games.
