My dream is that Derek Carr #4 can grow into a QB like Rivers or Smith, a pretty solid, smart, dependable QB. Maybe not Hall of Fame like manning but just a decent signal caller, game manager and leader. The jury is still out but he shows signs at times of being that type of player.
